Precision Cleaning Services
These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by Precision Cleaning Services.
By booking our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Quotations
All quotations are provided free of charge and are based on the information supplied at the time of enquiry.
We reserve the right to amend quotations where additional work, unforeseen circumstances or inaccurate information affect the scope of work.
2. Bookings
Bookings are confirmed once agreed by both parties.
Customers must ensure safe and reasonable access to the property and areas requiring cleaning.
3. Payment
Payment is due upon completion of the work unless otherwise agreed in writing.
We reserve the right to charge interest on overdue accounts in accordance with applicable legislation.
4. Results
While we use professional equipment and industry-approved methods, we cannot guarantee the complete removal of all stains, odours, marks or discolouration.
Some staining, wear, fading or damage may be permanent and beyond restoration.
5. Customer Responsibilities
Customers must:
Provide accurate information regarding the work required.
Notify us of any existing damage or concerns.
Remove valuable, fragile or irreplaceable items before cleaning begins.
6. Liability
We maintain appropriate insurance cover for our services.
Our liability shall be limited to the value of the services provided.
We shall not be liable for:
Pre-existing damage.
Normal wear and tear.
Issues arising from incorrect maintenance.
Loss of business, profits or indirect losses.
7. Cancellations
Customers should provide at least 24 hours' notice if cancelling or rearranging an appointment.
Repeated late cancellations may result in a cancellation charge.
8. Health & Safety
We reserve the right to refuse or discontinue work where conditions are unsafe or where access cannot be safely obtained.
9. Complaints
Any concerns regarding completed work should be reported within 48 hours of completion.
We will investigate and, where appropriate, seek to resolve the issue promptly.
10. Changes to These Terms
Precision Cleaning Services reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
